About Kate
With over 20 years of leadership experience, I understand the weight of responsibility—the pressure to drive results while privately questioning if you’re doing it “right.” I’ve led teams, navigated mission-driven leadership, and achieved meaningful outcomes. But I also know what it feels like to lose yourself in the process.
When I learned to trust my intuition and align my leadership with my values, everything changed. Now, I help others do the same—while staying focused on strategic outcomes that reflect both their purpose and their goals.
Through Good Wolf Leadership, I coach existing and emerging leaders to gain clarity, build confidence, and lead with integrity. Together, we explore what truly matters, define what success looks like, and create actionable strategies to get there. Where appropriate, I incorporate 360-degree feedback to reveal the alignment (or misalignment) between your intention and your impact. Helping you attain insights that become powerful levers for personal growth, organizational effectiveness, and meaningful change.
I also bring extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and have worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private and community foundations and family offices. My work has focused on complex, high-stakes issues including youth mental health, environmental conservation, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, human rights, and juvenile justice.
My background and credentials:
Associate Certified Coach (ACC), International Coaching Federation

Breathtaking North Lake Tahoe is home. I’m a former competitive sweep rower, mother of two grown boys, and cherish the mountain lifestyle—hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and practicing yoga.
